By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. You may not submit content, interact with other users, or access interactive features until you have accepted these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Cliqbox ("Cliqbox Technology LDA", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Cliqbox website, application, services, features, and functionalities (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to register or use the Platform. If you are under the age of majority, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission.
1.2 You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with these Terms.
2.1 To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Cliqbox reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or poses a security or legal risk.
By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
3.1. Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement
User Reporting / Flagging
You may report any content or user that you believe violates these Terms through the in-app "Report" feature. Submitted reports will be reviewed by our moderation team.
User Blocking / Muting
You may block or mute other users. Once blocked, that user cannot view your content, send you messages, or interact with you.
Enforcement & Response Time
We commit to reviewing valid reports and taking action (removal of content, suspension or termination of offending accounts) within 24 hours of receipt of the report.
Notification & Appeals
When we remove content or suspend/terminate an account, we will notify the affected user (where permitted). If you believe a moderation decision was in error, you may appeal by contacting our support team at [support email / link].
Definitions of Prohibited Content (non-exhaustive)
We reserve the right to remove such content immediately and take further action as outlined in Section 10.
4.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post or upload, including text, images, and videos ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Cliqbox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.
4.2 Platform Content: All content and intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by Cliqbox and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without our written permission.
5.1 Users may act as event hosts, activity organizers, or service providers through the Cliqbox marketplace. By offering such services, you agree to comply with local laws and industry standards, provide accurate information, and honor all commitments.
5.3 Payments made through Cliqbox may be subject to third-party payment processor terms. You agree to comply with those terms when making or receiving payments.
6.1 Bookings for activities are subject to the terms presented at the time of booking. Users may cancel bookings in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined for the specific event or service.
6.2 Cliqbox reserves the right to modify or cancel activities, suspend hosts, or issue refunds when necessary for legal, safety, or platform integrity reasons.
7.1 MyFlow is a booked recording service that may automatically record the video and audio of a MyFlow-enabled activity session, validate the correct player session, generate ready-to-view recordings, and deliver those recordings in the app to the booked player and host.
7.2 MyFlow recording is part of a MyFlow-enabled booking and will be disclosed before booking. By booking, joining, or participating in a MyFlow-enabled activity, you agree and acknowledge that your booked activity session may be recorded for session validation, recording delivery, safety, support, fraud prevention, quality review, dispute handling, and performance analysis.
7.3 MyFlow video and audio recording is limited to the booked activity session. MyFlow recordings are not intended for general venue surveillance, unrelated activities, or recording outside the booked session window. Recording availability may depend on applicable law, venue setup, technical limitations, user settings, and the disclosures shown at booking.
7.4 You understand that other participants in the same booked activity or shared activity space may appear or be heard in a MyFlow recording. If you book for another player, a team, a group, a minor, or any other participant, you represent that you have authority to make that booking and that you will provide any required recording notices and obtain any required permissions from those participants, parents, guardians, or representatives.
7.5 Where technically available and appropriate, Cliqbox may blur, crop, mute, restrict, or otherwise limit the visibility or audibility of non-player participants or bystanders. These privacy features are not guaranteed for every venue, camera angle, microphone setup, activity type, lighting condition, noise condition, shared-space layout, or recording. You should not book or participate in a MyFlow-enabled activity if you do not accept the disclosed recording conditions.
7.6 Where available, Cliqbox may use recorded session video, recorded session audio, and related session data to generate CliqAI performance insights, statistics, highlights, scores, rankings, or other metrics. CliqAI metrics are informational only and may be approximate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable depending on recording quality, venue setup, audio quality, model capability, and service availability. They are not professional, medical, legal, employment, coaching, or safety advice.
7.7 Hosts may access MyFlow recordings and related metrics only to deliver the booked activity, provide support, protect safety, manage disputes, review quality, and support other disclosed Platform purposes. Hosts must not download, publish, sell, repost, train separate AI systems on, or otherwise misuse MyFlow recordings or metrics unless expressly permitted by Cliqbox and applicable law.
7.8 MyFlow recording, audio capture, AI metrics, bystander visibility, minor participation, host access, and shared activity spaces may raise specific privacy and data protection obligations under the GDPR, Portuguese law, and other applicable laws. Cliqbox will apply these Terms together with its Privacy Policy, booking disclosures, venue rules, and legally required notices.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data. The Privacy Policy provides information about the data controller, lawful bases for processing, recipients or categories of recipients, retention periods, data subject rights, complaint rights, international transfers, security measures, and notices related to video, audio, AI, and other Platform processing.
9.1 Cliqbox enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. Accounts that share, promote, or facilitate such content or behavior will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.
9.2 Content found to be abusive or harmful to children will be removed without notice.
9.3 We cooperate fully with global organizations and authorities in the fight against child exploitation and will take all legally permitted measures to prevent and report such abuse.
10.1 We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or if your conduct harms the Platform or other users.
10.2 When such action is taken, we will notify you (where legally permitted). If you believe our action was in error, you may appeal by contacting our support team at support@cliqbox.co. Our moderation team will review your appeal in good faith, but our final decision will be binding.
10.3 Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive (e.g., intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability).
11.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Cliqbox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliqbox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
11.3 Cliqbox does not endorse or assume responsibility for any user-generated content, activity, or interaction occurring through the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cliqbox, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and notify you as required by law. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If we update our moderation, recording, AI, or content policies, we may require you to re-accept them before continuing to use interactive features.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with additional rights.
14.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction, depending on applicable local laws.
